Industries
Patients choose a dentist on their phone, often in a hurry or in pain. We design calm, trustworthy dental websites that make booking the easiest thing on the page.
A booking or call button visible on every screen, linked to your online booking system if you use one.
Clear treatment pages (check-ups, hygiene, whitening, implants, Invisalign, emergencies) in plain language.
Real photos and short bios of your dentists and team, with qualifications and registration details where required.
Fee guides or "from" prices, insurance or payment-plan information, and what's included in a first visit.
Address, map, parking, accessibility and opening hours, including emergency arrangements.
Genuine reviews (linked to Google, never invented), memberships and regulatory information.
Compliance basics
| Market | What to check |
|---|---|
| United States | Keep website forms minimal: don't collect detailed health information through a basic contact form. If patients send medical details online, use a HIPAA-compliant booking or forms provider that will sign a Business Associate Agreement. Accessibility (ADA/WCAG) also matters. |
| United Kingdom | Follow the General Dental Council's guidance on ethical advertising (for example, showing dentists' GDC registration numbers and avoiding misleading claims). Practices in England registered with the CQC must display their latest CQC rating on their website. |
| UAE | Healthcare advertising, including website content, generally needs approval from the relevant authority: the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the Department of Health Abu Dhabi (DoH) or the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) in the other emirates. Avoid before-and-after claims unless permitted. |
| Saudi Arabia & Gulf | Health advertising is regulated by each country's health ministry or authority. Keep claims factual, and check approval requirements before publishing offers or treatment results. Personal data laws (Saudi PDPL and others) apply to patient enquiries. |
| EU | GDPR applies to patient enquiries; health data is "special category" data. In Germany, healthcare advertising is restricted by the Heilmittelwerbegesetz (HWG) and the dental professional code. |
